Honda Jazz Review: The Best Of Both Worlds

Honda has made it clear from day one that they wanted to produce a compact car model that was appealing to young drivers, but also had room for a family. Honda Jazz fits into this market very well.

While not as roomy as the other models, it certainly fits the bill and is marketed more towards the young adult male demographic. The sleek styling and straightforward engineering has made the Honda Jazz a very attractive car.

Honda Jazz: Options

Honda Jazz buyers can choose from three different body styles. The first is the regular non-facelift Jazz, which has a larger front fender, revised cowl, revised headlamp bezel and revised tail lamp bezel. This second generation version of the Honda Jazz has an updated styling that is quite modern and different than the older version.

The modern Honda Jazz also comes with a sportier, aggressive look that some people would describe as aggressive, sporty and fast. This version is the second generation of Honda’s entry-level compact car.

The second option is the pre-facelift Jazz, which comes with a more basic design and exterior features compared to the second generation. This Honda automobile has more straightforward lines and a more generic look to it. The second generation Honda Jazz is considered to be more practical and has smaller and less racy engines. Honda claims that the new pre-facelift model of the Honda Jazz is more fuel efficient as well.

The third option is the hybrid or plug-in hybrid, which is the most futuristic looking of the three models. Honda claims that the new plug-in hybrid model is more efficient and offers the same great driving performance as the non-facelift Jazz. Honda’s plug-in hybrid was designed to combine the Honda’s traditional safety and reliability with the new fuel-efficiency benefits of a hybrid vehicle.

This type of Honda Jazz has Honda’s previously announced Honda Civic hybrid platform. The plug-in hybrid uses Honda’s i-act technology to allow the vehicle to remain on until the battery charge is depleted and then it switches to the gasoline system.

The base and the Sport model of the Honda Jazz are marketed under the term “habioretic” and are targeted at younger adult target markets. Honda has however designed the Jazz to be very accessible to more mature consumers in order to capture a larger market share.

The Jazz is marketed as a four door family car that is sold for less than the price of a typical compact car.

Honda Jazz: Reasons To Buy

The Jazz is a highly successful Honda brand that has achieved great success in its home country of Japan where it is originally sold. Sales to North American markets have been successful due to the fact that the Honda Jazz is very fuel efficient, offers large volume storage options, is reasonably priced and offers the benefits of a hybrid.

The Honda Jazz has therefore been marketed in Europe under the names of the Jazz, Clio and Eero.

The Honda Jazz is one of the many vehicles being marketed by Honda worldwide under the new “4-door family” name. It is however important to remember that the term family is broader than it initially seems and refers to any four-door sedan, sports utility or mid-size model sold by Honda worldwide.

If you are interested in purchasing a used or new Honda Jazz I would advise you research the various makes and models that are currently available on the market and then narrow down your choice by focusing on the model and year of manufacture (i.e. try to find a Jazz that is being marketed under the Honda Jazz name, not a Clio or Focus).
